What’s Included: 🎂 Bake & Decorate Your Own Mini Cake — Each guest gets creative with a pre-made 4” mini cake. Decorate it with buttercream, fondant, and a variety of fun, themed edible decorations. 🧁 Cupcake Decorating Station — For a sweet side activity, enjoy decorating themed cupcakes with sprinkles, toppers, and coloured icing. 🎉 Hen Party Extras: Digital invitations to send out to your guests Take-home boxes for all your delicious creations A friendly, supportive host to guide your party from start to finish 🍰 Optional Add-Ons: Celebration cake specially made for the bride-to-be (customisable on request) Box of brownies, cookies and biscuits available for you to take away for the next part of your party Party food platters and non-alcoholic drinks available to pre-order Goodie bags with baking treats and themed surprises Important Notes: Alcohol is not permitted on the premises in accordance with our venue policy. We encourage you to enjoy our selection of delicious non-alcoholic drinks or bring your own non-alcoholic beverages to toast in style! Minimum booking of 6 guests. Maximum group sizes vary—please enquire. Exclusive use of the tea room and outside area (weather dependant) for your party time slot. Pricing: Packages start from £18.99 per guest, with tailored options and add-ons available to suit your group and budget. Avaliable Saturdays only.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking cost is required to secure your hen party date and time. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 5 days prior to the party date. 2. Guest Numbers Minimum booking of 6 guests is required. Maximum group sizes vary depending on the activity and venue capacity; please enquire at the time of booking. Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the party date and will be used to calculate the final payment. 3. Cancellation and Changes Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Final payments are non-refundable if cancelled within 5 days of the event. Changes to booking dates or guest numbers may be possible subject to availability and must be requested as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply. 4. Alcohol Policy Alcohol is strictly not permitted anywhere on the premises, including the indoor tea room and outdoor areas. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages or enjoy our selection of non-alcoholic drinks available for pre-order. 5. Allergies and Dietary Requirements Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking or at least 7 days before your party. We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to shared kitchen use. 6. Party Conduct and Safety The party must be conducted in a respectful and safe manner at all times. Honey B’s Tea Room reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the event if behaviour is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. Guests are responsible for their own safety, and we ask that all participants follow our host’s guidance to maintain a safe environment. 7. Venue Use Your party has exclusive use of Honey B’s Tea Room and the outdoor area (weather permitting) during the booked time slot only. Guests must vacate the venue promptly at the end of the booking to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next event. 8. Photography and Privacy Photographs may be taken during the party for promotional use unless you notify us in advance that you do not consent. Personal information collected during booking will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. 9. Food and Drink All food and drink orders, including optional party platters and goodie bags, must be pre-ordered and paid for in advance. Outside food (other than no
