Table ReservationsDue to the size of our venue, we’re currently only taking bookings of 4. If you would like to make a larger booking, please contact us via our email or through social media. All other bookings can be made via the ‘book now’ button at the bottom of the page. If it appears we are fully booked, don’t worry, we’ll more than likely have space for you on the day! If we do happen to be at full capacity when you arrive, the wait time is usually only 10-20 minutes. Tables are held for 15 minutes before being given to another party.

Gluten Free OptionsWe are able to make gluten-free Breakfasts, Waffles and Toasties. However they are cooked on the same grill as standard orders. Therefore, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination; we simply do not have the kitchen capacity to have dedicated grills and appliances solely for gluten-free use. We do have an allergen guide on the premises so you’re more than welcome to take a look upon arrival.
-
Vegan OptionsOur vegan Breakfast and Butties are cooked on a designated vegan grill to avoid animal products. Please specify when ordering that you would like the vegan version of a dish (e.g. vegan cheese with the cheese sandwich) so that we can cater for you accordingly.

AccessibilityWe want to make sure all our guests feel welcome and comfortable. Wheelchair and pram access is welcome inside the café Motorised scooters (mobility scooters) must be parked at the side of the building as we are unable to accommodate them safely inside Level entry to the café with a small raised threshold at the door (a fixed metal draft excluder) — most wheelchairs and prams can roll over it, but please be aware there is a slight bump Standard customer toilet available for use. We do not have a fully accessible or disabled toilet due to space. The garden area is grassed, which may be difficult for wheelchair users to navigate. We are happy to come and help you get settled. We do not currently have a designated wheelchair-accessible table, but we’re happy to adjust layouts where possible to accommodate your needs. Staff are always happy to assist with entry, seating, or anything else you may need — just ask! We are always looking at ways to improve accessibility and appreciate your understanding as we work within the constraints of our building. If you have any questions or specific requirements before your visit, please get in touch — we’ll do everything we can to help.

Dog CustomersWe’re proud to be a dog-friendly café — we love welcoming four-legged visitors just as much as their humans! Well-behaved dogs are very welcome inside the café and in our garden, but we have a few house rules to keep everyone happy and safe. We kindly ask that: Dogs are kept on a lead at all times, both inside the café and in the garden Dogs remain under control and close to their owners Owners take full responsibility for their dogs during their visit Any mess is cleaned up promptly — just let us know if you need a bag or assistance We’ve got water bowls available — just ask if your dog needs a drink!

Job EnquiriesWe're a very small team and, at the moment, we’re not hiring or accepting applications. Due to the size of our café, we don't anticipate any job openings in the near future.

Enquiries about Sponsorship and DonationsWe get requests for money, raffle prizes and gift vouchers almost every week. As a very small business, we are not in a position to respond to these - please do not take our lack of reply personally. We collect donations for our charity of the year (currently Thornberry Animal Sanctuary).

Other Unsolicited Sales EnquiriesWe receive e-mails almost every day from people offering us a vast range of potential business improvements and solutions. Regrettably we are unable to reply to any of these as we are too busy running our business!
